The location is amazing, close to hidden gems and just a short walk to major attractions like San Marco 💖 But the sound insulation was lacking, and it got pretty warm at night without AC.

Comfortable room. We appreciated the seamless check-in process, which allowed us to settle in quickly and begin exploring, and the nearby grocery store was perfect for snacks and essentials during our trip.

No air conditioning in the room, even with a fan. Power outlets are limited, and furniture space is close to nonexistent with only hooks for hanging clothes-no wardrobe. The hotel feels less accommodating for modern necessities than it claims to be.

The rooms and bathroom were very clean. The bedroom was the biggest we stayed in for our entire trip which was great. The hotel was easy to find, with a great entrance and only about 150 m from the water taxi stop which made it very accessible. Beds were comfortable and the staff were helpful and spoke good English

We were under the impression that breakfast was included in the price, which was not the case.

The location was excellent and it felt more like a house than a hotel. The room was huge and pretty clean. The free wifi was another plus.

Just that some of the lights in the toilet and shower rooms did not work and there was some water damage on the wallk in our room, but that didn't affect our stay.
